Fire Door Regulations
Fire doors are subject to a number of regulations under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and Regulation 38 of the Building Regulation (England & Wales). Fire doors in new buildings are required to meet regulations on the following:
- Fire safety
- Thermal efficiency
- Safety glazing
